1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GuardZapp platform operated by INTELLIZAPP TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

GuardZapp is a security operations management platform that provides guard management, GPS tracking, attendance monitoring, payroll automation, incident management, and client reporting services.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Services are offered on a subscription basis with pricing as displayed on our platform
  • Payments are due as per the selected billing cycle
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST)
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ prior notice
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s operation
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
  • Use the platform to store or transmit malicious code

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform. You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely for providing our services. We will not access your data except as necessary to provide services or as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The GuardZapp platform, including its software, design, logos, and content, is the exclusive property of INTELLIZAPP TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INTELLIZAPP TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days’ written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

11. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your GuardZapp account at any time. The following terms apply to account deletion:

  • How to request deletion: Submit a deletion request by emailing support@guardzapp.com from your registered email address, or through the Account Settings section within the platform (Settings → Account → Delete Account).
  • Verification: For security, we will verify your identity before processing the deletion request. This may require confirmation from the account’s primary administrator.
  • Cancellation window: Account deletion requests can be cancelled within 30 days of submission by contacting support. After 30 days, deletion becomes permanent and cannot be reversed.
  • Data removal: Upon permanent deletion, all personal data, guard records, attendance logs, incident reports, and associated account information will be removed from our active systems.
  • Data export: Before deletion, you may request an export of your data. Export requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to permanent deletion.
  • Retained data: Certain information may be retained as required by law (e.g., tax, accounting, and statutory compliance records under Indian regulations) or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
  • Backups: Residual copies in encrypted backups may persist for up to 90 days, after which they are securely overwritten.
  • Outstanding dues: Account deletion does not waive any outstanding payment obligations. All pending invoices must be settled prior to deletion.
  • Irreversibility: Once permanent deletion is complete, accounts and associated data cannot be restored. You will need to create a new account to use the platform again.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
